[Server-devel] XS Wiki pages - thanks, some tidyups

I cleaned up a bit School_server,  XS_Installing_Software and related
pages in the wiki.

First of all - *Thanks* - I see a lot of notes copied there that come
from discussions on the list. This is excellent.

Some of those notes I have moved to a separate page -- this is to make
the install page a bit shorter and less daunting. Now, once users have
completed the initial install, and celebrated accordingly, we point
them to more advanced techniques in XS_Techniques_and_Configuration.

I am hoping that with the 0.6 release (don't laugh!) the install guide
will be super-short, and then all the optional and advanced tricks can
be "by topic" in XS_Techniques_and_Configuration .

There is a note now inviting people to mention on server-devel about
their edits. I don't want to stop anyone from editing -- a brief note
to the list will be welcome if you make changes of substance (silent
fixes of typos and minor errors actually improve my self-steem  :-) ).
