[Server-devel] Various XS updates

I've built and published new packages for moodle-xs, xs-config and
xs-activity-server today. These solve a number of small issues

 - Moodle now knows the mimetype of xo/xol/xoj Sugar files and various
Squeak/etoys filetypes. Added icons for .xo types and Squeak.

 - Upload limits: now at 110MB on the server side which allows upload
of the largest activity we have in use. The server side has been
tested carefully and handles large files gracefully, without buffering
the file.

   The Apache/PHP combo has indeed matured in this sense.

   OTOH, Browse.xo OOMs trying to upload large files from an XO-1.

 - Better handling of the http://schoolserver/activities/ URL when the
directory is empty.
