The process of downloading a Journal Entry Bundle from Browse.xo and
getting it "auto-unpacked" into the Journal. It is an important part
orf our 'Restore' process.

On Sugar 0.82,
 - In Browse.xo, click on the link to the JEB -- click OK on download dialogue
 - Go to Journal - see the JEB "restored"

On Sugar 0.84
 - In Browse.xo, click on the link to the JEB -- click OK on download dialogue
 - Go to Journal - see the downloaded file.

It is being served with the right mimetype.
