Do not worry about the language at this point - you will want to reuse
libraries/modules that already exist. Those will give you good reasons
to consider specific languages and approaches. I suspect looking at
how e-box and vhcs are built internally is the main thing. Not the
pretty UI; focus on privilege separation, config file mgmt, error
handling ,etc.
