Uruguay == Ceibal
Uruguay != EduBlog
Uruguay != Greg Smith

Your statement worries me, as Ceibal has a clear idea of what
they want, and a team of developers working on it.   They also
have a good relationship with their volunteer community.

Why isn't this being coordinated by Ceibal ?
