[Server-devel] Martin Langhoff as School Server Architect

I have already said this in a couple of e-mails, but I'll say it again.

I am extremely pleased that Martin Langhoff has been named the School
Server architect. He really has the right combination of expertise and
practicality for the job. 

Moodle has been a success in large part because it not only meets its
users' needs but that it is also easy to maintain and localize. 

Looking forward to working w/ you Martin!
