Mike,
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish. If all you want to
do is backup your XO laptop to the XS-150, try using the approach
documented here:
https://www.georgestarcher.com/?p=113
Basically, you will "rsync" the XO's /home directory to a directory on
the XS machine. The journal is buried deep down below the home directory.
I am assuming the XO and the XS (your old laptop) are on the same subnet
of the wired/WiFi hub router.
