Squid-3 has IPv6 support, but its not in a released version yet.
There's patches for Squid-2.6 and I'm looking to try and get them
integrated into a future Squid-2 release in the next 6 months.

If you'd like IPv6 support and are willing to test stuff out then
just ask!
