Is there a FAQ for this list anywhere? Anyone?

Something along the lines of: Server specification, design  
constraints, wishlist, repository, howto... etc.

Yeah I realize that's all in the wiki in various places, but perhaps  
there should be a welcome note that goes out with Mailman - pointing  
people at the relevant URLs and perhaps explaining about the list  
reply method & "top posting".
