Sorry, it's libapt-pkg-perl, and just installing an rpm made with alien from 
the debian package works well. But, on a pure rpm system, it's unneeded and I 
want to (properly) fix fai to only use this library if it's needed.

In my fai "softupdate-git-rpm" branch libapt-pkg-perl is not needed.
