Sure, if you know what you're doing. If thieves develop this expertise
enough that it becomes a problem, countries will begin exercising
their option with Quanta to have strategic spots of the PCB drenched
in sealant at the factory, which will raise the bar for theft to
"people wanting to buy a small CNC mill to be in the XO stealing
business".
