[OLPC Security] Bitfrost translation

Hi!

Brand new to this list, and not actually into security, but some 
activity in the argentina list pushed me into translating the 
Bitfrost wiki page into spanish.

It's a first draft, and would appreciate if some bi-lingual 
knowledgeable person could volunteer to review it...

I'm willing to take a shot at the spec itself, but in that case I 
would really like to know beforehand if there's somebody that 
could proof read it - no point in botching the translation and 
confuse people... ;)
