Yes, the spec states that P_THEFT is designed as deterrent, but it
seems some people misunderstood it as unsurmountable protection.
The one hour I estimated for disassembling and reflashing is probably
somewhat off the mark, the time to disassemble+reassemble is unknown
to me, but the time for reflashing could be as low as 5 minutes.
