[Rwanda-learningteam] Technical Report from Kagugu

Hello All,

Attached is the survey performed by Desire and KIE students. There are
a total of 450 laptops that need to be reflashed. There are 80 broken
laptops, 19 of which will require spare parts. Kagugu will put in a
request for these parts to MINEDUC.
