Hey David,

I think it is a great idea. I am writing some short pieces as suggested.

A few scheduling comments:
The GIS group is doing their initial geocache work at Kagugu the week
of May 3. Depending on our desired involvement, we may need to take
this into account.

Also, we also have the following trainings scheduled:
Monday: Escaf 2-4
Tuesday: --
Wed: Nonko 8-11, Escaf 12:30-1:30, Kagugu 3-5
Thursday: Rwamgana 3-5
Friday: Escaf 12:30-1:30

Lastly, Jimmy and Desire will be working in Uganda May 6-11.

Maybe a retreat weekend would be best?

Do you think it would be appropriate to invite anyone from the schools to join?

Another goal of the retreat may be (through the below discussion
topics) to further define the actions of the Center for L & L as
separate from some of the work happening in Rwanda. So just as we have
been doing the last few weeks--despite the plans of MINEDUC and with
or without the core team, we still have leeway and the ability to
create powerful learning experiences for teachers, students,
interns....

Thanks
Julia
