[Repairs] Problems with XO-1 keyboard?

hi all I've had a problem at least some XO that when I change the keyboard.

to change the keyboard I use the site
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Keyboard_replacement
Now when I finish assembling the light XO XO has come from andtry to test
the keyboard but none of the keys gives me signs of life?
Am I doing something wrong? the model of the laptop is an XO-1
