Progress?? Distribution/installation to the world's poorest is never easy.
Hopefully someone on this list knows folks involved to monitor &/or help
this implementation:

"The first phase of the program will focus on providing solar panels to
500,000 extremely poor households in areas that lack access to the power
grid."
