Its never too late for more testing.  I'm sure I'll be tweaking this for 
months to come. :)  More data is good.

Use q3a62e.rom and please try panelpwr-log for your testing. (In 
addition to what ever else you want to do)

panelpwr-log will drop the laptop into a very low power state and then 
wakeup every 300s to take a sample of the power delivered into the battery.
