[Peripherals] usb peripheral for braille literacy

Hi Steven,

Really nice idea!.

I haven't work with that kind of devices, but if they are common USB, they
should work..i.e if they have not special drivers they must work in the XO,
or more specifically if they work for linux,m they must work for the XO.
