Most USB keyboards should work - FWIW my Happy Hacker Pro(I) works. Remember: Neighborhood view is F1 ... current activity is F4. Those MS-Win* media ones /should/ work, but you might have to twiddle with xmodmap to get the extra keys working (google is your friend)
