Gee Sorry to miss this.  I am not that far from Madagascar.. (currently in coastal region of Kenya).. would like to know more about it.  
  Kenya is moving well.  The successes in Western Kenya districts have head teachers begging for more, but without external support, it is hard to be successful. These teachers have such a big load already that they cannot to extend themselves much.  They want to use the laptops however, and with support find ways..  In each school that is successful, there have been external teaching resources stipended into the school program.
