[OLPC_Boston] CFS Server update

Hi all,

I went over to CFS today to work a bit on setting up EJabberD with Kyoko,
the IT consultant. Some interesting problems turned up, so we didn't get too
far: for one, we couldn't register more than one laptop at a time. Also,
once we deleted a user, we couldn't add him/her back. So these are things
that I'm going to ping server.laptop.org about a bit.

Also, a few laptops had problems connecting to the net. Kyoko and I
discovered that if you couldn't detect the network, rebooting the machine
several times solved that. The other major problem was not recognizing the
WEP key; we still haven't quite figured out the solution to that, so not all
the laptops will have internet.

So that's the update. I'm thinking of going over again regularly on Fridays
until these things are all ironed out; please let me know if you can join
me!
