Seth, Mack, Katelyn, and myself were talking at Cosi's today about the 
upcoming pilot - notes here.

Apologies for the lack of public invitations to this one - we'll 
announce meetings about local pilot things on this list beforehand in 
the future, so more people can come. (Yay for transparency!)
