Hey SJ,

Just wanted to let you know that we are waiting to hear back from Peter
about the date for the 2nd teacher workshop. It will either be this Friday,
the 5th, or next Friday, the 12th. We are also scheduling individual
meetings with the teachers who will be participating in the pilot before
Katelyn and I leave for the holiday (Dec. 17). After speaking with Sandra
and the Olin team at the Nov. 16 event at John Harvards, we've worked out a
way to join forces in designing the curriculum. They will be helping with
the teacher workshops and in working with the teachers. I also hope that we
can include Christine and Michelle in this process.

When the IMSA team comes to Boston, we want to have them at CFS for as much
time as possible. We still need to discuss specifics with Peter, but I know
that there will be a lot for them to work on!
