implement most of the suggestions, with varied success. This is definitely food
for thought and discussion about how we can improve what we are doing to help
the teachers involved in L2L projects.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt" face=Calibri>One thing I think is very
important to note is that properly implementing computers in the classroom
requires teachers to invest additional time,about 10% more. If we want computer
technology projects to be successful in Lesotho's schools, we must find ways to
compensate and reward teachers who make the effort.</FONT></DIV>
