think it would be great if we could find someone from within the southern

work at the two schools in Lesotho, serving nearly 600 students, and we are
looking to expand to a third school in the Leribe District sometime in 2016,
with groundwork being laid in 2015. </font></font></div>

<div><font face="Calibri"><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">We now have 7 Directors
(including two in South Africa) and over 2 dozen part-time Volunteers in 4
countries, along with 2 Basotho Coordinators, shouldering the bulk of the
day-to-day operations and organization work. Two of the volunteers are
handling fundraising, and I am in the process of trying to recruit several more,
so that sometimes onerous task would not be a necessary part of the President’s
duties. </font></font></div>

<div><font face="Calibri"><font style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The new President’s job
will primarily be to act as a figurehead and motivator, keeping the organization
true to our founding philosophy and approach, and acting as a liaison with our
counterparts in Lesotho. The liaison work with the Basotho would be the
bulk of the President’s job. That is why we are looking for someone who is
familiar with Lesotho and has experience working with Basotho. I
plan to stay active on the Board, so I will be available to offer support and
guidance, if needed, as the new President gets familiar with our
work.</font></font></div>
