This is definitely food for thought and discussion about how we can improve what we are doing to help the teachers involved in L2L projects. One thing I think is very important to note is that properly implementing computers in the classroom requires teachers to invest additional time,about 10% more. If we want computer technology projects to be successful in Lesotho's schools, we must find ways to compensate and reward teachers who make the effort.
