[Olpc-uruguay] AguBrowser 2

Agustin:

Es curioso parece que sugar no encuentra esa libreria en mi sistema pero
esta empaquetada
y esto no me pasaba con agubrowser uno.

Le hiciste algun cambio para esta version ?
