I said that i was more than happy to help out in any way possible with the teacher training. I will not be able to make it to the actual training day next tuesday though - there is no way i'll be able to get out of work on time for it.

I'm not exactly sure what is still needed - from what i gather there are a few things that need to be worked out.
Has anyone made a start on lesson plans, or even thinking about how the activites can fit in to the current curriculum? Martin has just lent me an XO to play with, so i'll start to think about how some of them can be used, but i also dont really know what sort of things they are learning. does anyone?

What sort of things were planned, if anything, for the teacher training? is it a 'get to know the XO' session, or are they expecting to be shown how this will change their classroom?

It would be nice to consolidate any information/plans, however informal or vague somewhere.

I realise this may have already been done and that im just missing a link!

Steve

On Wed, Jul 8, 2009 at 10:10 PM, Lawrence W Pimm <wpimm@mac.com> wrote:
On the laptop triage/install party, will leave this to you and Peter - best placed by far. I can bring the pizza.
