I've still not had any form of clarification regarding the
infrastructure. I got forwarded the email from warren regarding what
the borough's requirements are but haven't seen whether they or us
will be providing it.

That will be based on what the final activity requirements etc are
from the teachers. I presume that will be included in the notes taken
by someone from yesterday's session.

> 3. First Day Support - watching them yesterday proved it is critical that we have in place people who can deliver assistance in the first couple of days, we all work obviously so this could be difficult but we need to start thinking about it.

We need to discuss all support, not just first day.
