[Olpc-sysadmin] create mail-list for OLPC-asia

Hi Li,

The traditional procedure for starting an OLPC mailing list is here, 
after you collect 10 signatures:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Mailing_lists#Starting_a_new_list

However this can take time to prepare and set up.

As such I'd also suggest a faster method, which is to create your very 
own olpcasia at googlegroups.com mailing list directly here:
http://groups.google.com

In any case, please don't hesitate to invite others after you've made 
arrangements, by posting to the certain public mailing lists shown on 
the wiki above, such as grassroots at laptop.org and olpc-open at lists.laptop.org
