[Olpc-sysadmin] Fwd: translate.laptop.org is not responding at all

While the request should not time out, no one should be using  
dev.laptop.org/translate OR translate.laptop.org - all our Pootle work  
has been migrated to translate.sugarlabs.org and that is the only  
Pootle URL that should be used.
