[Olpc-sysadmin] Shared server for content development

A linux server for content scraping storage and processing.  There are two
cases I can think of off-hand where content work would have gotten done
sooner or would have been a lot easier if there were a shared linux server
like dev.l.o but for content.

Mel's old machine under Bobby's old desk would make a good box for this
task.
