+1 para GSoC mentor stipend motion

Entiendo que la moción no establece honorarios para el mentor, pero si
permite que ellos lo utilicen para lo que consideren conveniente. De esta
manera puede mantener el carácter voluntario, atendiendo a su vez las
situaciones particulares de quienes lo hacen.
