Announcing Turtle Blocks Version 150 -- the first GTK-3 release. 

Thanks to the efforts of Daniel Francis, we now have a version of Turtle Blocks for the GNOME 3 toolkit. Note that this version is for Sugar 0.96+. Please use Version 149 on older versions of Sugar.
