User-visible changes:

 * new modular addition and factorial puzzle types
 * multi-line puzzle displays (currently only used by the integer addition puzzle)
 * control over how quickly new questions are presented
 * a better icon
 * simplified puzzle names
 * support for new-style toolbars on sugar-0.84 and later
 * a learning mode, which displays the last round's question and answer
