La respuesta es excelente.
Creo que hay dos puntos fundamentales: es muy facil caer en errores cuando
se evalua desde la perspectiva de paises del primer mundo sin llegar a
entender realmente la realidad de un pais. Aun asi muchas veces estos
analisis parecen claramente mal intencionados.
Por otro lado, si la situación con respecto a la situacion de los maestros
es como se describe, es logico pensar que no se solucionará ni en 5 ni en 10
años, y que saturar de computadoras probablemente es lo mejor que se puede
hacer para acelerar ese proceso.
Por otro lado, si hay en esta lista gente que el uso de computadoras
perjudica el aprendizaje, creo que simplemente estan en el lugar equivocado.
