Correction of cursors positions (#296,#8864), visibility (#40), and use of more standard cursors (#4316,#4315). We show the size of the tool too.
In the toolbar, show what shape or tool is selected (#3694,#3695), moved the free form tool (#3696,#7021)

The "share with" control was disabled until Paint supports share by James Cameron
