New version with bug fixes and suggested improvements from Walter Bender and Dan Krejsa 

   Bug Fixes 
    
   a. Removing the menu for sample buttons and placing it on the game screen.
   b. Re-spacing the no and yes button.
   c. Resuming from Journal saves the state of the game.
   d. Moving the mouse over the array of squares does not cause color change. Earlier, the
      white squares became slightly dim and the black squares turned white.  

   Improvements
   a. Added the documentation on "How to play Deducto" prepared by Dan Krejsa.
