[Sur] Square root in Turtle Art

cual estoy un poco decepcionado es que aunque me diverti aprendiendo  acerca
de como funciona Turtle Art y haciendom mis cambios, estaba esperando que
alguno de los profesores estuviera motivado a hacer el cambio ellos mismos.
De cualquier forma, espero que sea util y me ha inspirado a considerar otras
cosas divertidas para añadir a Turtle Art.

Posteare a la lista la version para probar en un dia o dos''.
