SoaS is a build of Sugar that is able to run on various non-XO computers via usb stick or even a live CD. It contains many of the same great Sugar Activities that are available on the XO computers, including the Gnome desktop (evidently... I haven't tried that one yet). </font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Verdana"><br></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Verdana">If you have a computer with an intel processor (desktop, laptop, or netbook... Macs, Windows, and Linux), an extra usb stick (4 GB is plenty), internet, a sense of adventure, and a little spare time (warning, this can be addicting), you may want to try doing some SoaS testing. This is actually an ongoing thing.
