Some of you have already made some excellent suggestions about things to have in the booth. I'll transfer them to a Google doc where you all can use the link below to go there and add your ideas to help make it a success. There will be some fun volunteer opportunities there too. <p style="font-family: Arial;"><font size="3"> We will need a minimum of 2 volunteers in each time slot. Each time slot is 2˝ hours and includes a 30 minute overlap for the “changing of the guard.” To cover all slots adequately, we will probably want you to sign up for 2 (a total of 4˝ to 5 hours). </font></p>

<p style="font-family: Arial;"><font size="3">Be kind to yourself! Leave time between your shifts so you will have a chance to visit the other exhibits and attend some of the sessions. Volunteers who sign up for 2 shifts will qualify for a FREE SCALE 12X registration that will admit you to most sessions, the exhibit halls, and the fun evening events on Friday and Saturday. </font></p>

<p style="font-family: Arial;"><font size="3">Ed and Caryl Bigenho will be working in the booth during part of the first and last time slots but since they will also be setting up and opening and closing the Coders’ Corner, so they will need to divide their time accordingly.
