[OLPC-SF] site hosting

Hello everybody,

We have been running olpcsf.org on Amazon's EC2 platform using the
free micro instance (https://aws.amazon.com/free/).

That one year of free is up, so now we need to figure out if we will
continue to run it on AWS, or move it to some other place. Right now
the requirements are pretty basic. It's Drupal 7. The site does not
see much traffic except around the summit time (Sept-Nov). Ideas?
