Looks like your download of the XS ISO was corrupt.

It should have file size 532809728 bytes, with md5sum
70aac0db570d8c13a65510e5252c88bd
You can check these details with:

# ls -l OLPC-School-Server-0.7-i386.iso
# md5sum OLPC-School-Server-0.7-i386.iso

I suggest downloading the file again, and checking these details
before proceeding with the USB install script.
