[OLPC-SF] I have one attendee that I need help with

Yes Union Square area is very central. That is, bus, street car, and
BART can be taken to pretty much anywhere easily. It's also the place
where it is easiest to catch a cab.

As for avoiding the bums in the Tenderloin, get a place on Geary St or
north of it, Mason St or east of it, or Van Ness or west of it. Avoid
the north three blocks of 6th St too.

I live on Post and Jones and I have always felt safe, even taking
walks late.
