[OLPC-SF] USB-to-VGA Adapter

Hi Sameer,

It looks like we're a go for the workshop at St. Mark's for the South
African group of teachers/students. Looking at ways to project Sugar on a
projector screen and looks like the easiest would be to use the USB-to-VGA
option on the new release. Any recommendations on what to get for an
adapter? Need it by Friday. Will you be there anyways?
