Greetings for the new year, Sameer! Hope all is well with you and your expanded family!
RE: Training: Is this XO 101 for teachers / users? If so, please count me in. If not, if it is for real techies, then not.
But if not-- I have long wanted to propose we organize one. It will help me, Talat, others.
I suggest (to start):
-- one stand-alone XO-101 class ,
--very structured and precisely timed,
--one hour session,
--in a second classroom,
--at Noon
--during our next Sat Meeting.
Other folks can continue to network, share, etc.
Announce XO 101 on the list and ask sign-ups in advance, get loaners for non-XO owners.
Instructor: Sameer or other skilled teacher???
Thanks for your consideration.
Best Regards,
Carol Ruth Silver

We have an upcoming opportunity (likely next week). Some teachers are
travelling to SF from South Africa. This project is in conjunction
with saintmarks/Eduweavers (http://www.saintmarksschool.org/).
I've booked 10 XOs from our library just in case. If any of you are up
for it, write back and let us know. I'll pass along more details as I
find out more.
cheers,
Sameer
