A Give1Get1 program is very unlikely for 2010.  SJ Klein however (cc'd) 
is exploring others ways the XO-1.5 might be made more available via not 
only http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Contributors_program (where small numbers 
of XO-1.5s are available to genuine doers today) but also VERY 
hypothetically for now possibly others channels :}
