Would like to hear more about this either on the 15th or the 22nd.

I will bring my stash and possibly the solar panel(s). We could also run the
school server with some preloaded goodies, but each XO will have to register
to be able to use Moodle. Is it worth the effort?

Mine can't make it...something else planned a while ago. Christian (Nobs)
has a great team though. Larry (Cafiero), will you all be there?

Evidently, power supply is available at the venue but I'll see if I can
arrange for a portable battery pack.

I have some cards and flyers left over from OSCON. I'll bring those. Should
we burn Sugar disks on demand?

I can't make the 15th. 22nd maybe.

After it was back ordered for weeks I finally got a developer machine. I
sshed into it and thought all would be fine. I set it aside until yesterday
when I tried to get it running again. From the symptoms, some #openplug IRC
and some forum posts I read my guess is that the power supply failed. Global
Scale has responded quickly. They are shipping me a new one with a return
shipping label. The unit has promise but it seems they are still working out
some issues. Not ready for any deployments yet, lol.

I would say, that once the glitches are ironed out, the SheevaPlug will make
one *very* good school server!
