[OLPC-SF] Jumpy Mouse Problems with my XO

I have Googled and read quite a bit about this problem but I can't seem to find a solution that works anywhere. My mouse jumps all over the screen when I try to use it. Basically once my finger goes onto the touchpad I can control the mouse but if I lift my finger off of the pad the pointer shoots across the screen (usually to the corner). I have tried the "remove the battery trick", The rebooting with a "four finger salute" and then not touching the pad until it has fully booted and I am running Build 656. Still nothing seems to continuously work. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this and been able to fix it?
